--Well, I have been off again for a while...I love the Christmas season but I am never, EVER, quite ready for it. I haven't even mailed cards, yet....and I have two sets to do. One for mine and hubbie's and one for my dad. Bah, humbug! :)
--I am sort of in a whiny mood this morning as last night my online Mandarin Chinese class started. Oooh, the other two people in it speak so well! --not I. :( I am thinking about dropping it and maybe trying to get into another at a lower level. I can understand 90-95% of what they're saying but when I try to speak all that comes out is " ".
My hubbie dearest says that I should stick with it so I will give it another try tonight. What the heck, right?
--'Got all my Salvation Army Angel presents turned in - Yea! I found out though, that a book I got for my brother-in-law is not even going to ship until 12/28. I guess I missed the out-of-stock indicator. So....I will find him something small to open on Christmas. Also, I asked my sister to get the sizes for my 2 great-neices and 1 great-nephew and she hasn't gotten back to me yet. Hopefully, I will get that information soon! Other than that, just a few gift cards for my older great neices, neices & nephews and something for the in-laws. Oh, and I have a couple of small things for hubbie but need to get him something nice. Wow, it seems like a lot to do yet, doesn't it? It is!
--I still haven't decided what to make for Christmas dinner. At this point, I'm thinking peanut butter and jelly sandwiches sounds nice ---- with LOTS of eggnog! What are you having for Christmas dinner?
