Here is my plan for today:
~ I already ate well for breakfast and lunch
~ Bought Boiled Fish soup for evening and kept on my desk(Its yummy... i already tasted ;))
~ Had my almonds in morning
~ 2 Cups of green tea already, planning for the 3rd one in evening.
~ ~~Too much on food, I should better concentrate on my workouts~~~
~200 jumping jacks
~10 min Cardio DVD
~ Getting my daily walk
I think this sounds good as Im walking a lot everyday!!!
