Lord I lift your name on high

Tuesday, December 13, 2011

I am listening to pandora and of anyone does not know what that is I will explain. It is a personalized radio station online. Anyway It chose the song "I lift your name on high" by Carman. And Oh wow! I used to sit in the kitchen when I was around 5 and listen to songs like this including Shout to the lord and awesome God over and over. It was a tape and I loved it! I felt a sense of joy and peace wash over me after and while listening to that song! Praise Jesus! I feel like my mother and God are watching over me with love letting me know it will all be well. I love my mom and I miss her and I long to see her again and be in the arms of the savior. I know that, one day, I will be. I feel rereshed and renewed.

Thankyou Jesus

I love the Angel Wink from your Mom. As soon as I saw your blog title, the tune popped into my head. I too love all three songs and was so glad when Christian music updated. I am more of the Bridge Over Troubled Waters by Simon and Garfunkel era. That is the only song I can think of that crossed over from Christian to Pop in the 60s.
