Today I ate everything in sight. At work, I have a busy week where I am sitting in front of a computer all day, meals are being brought in, and unlimited cakes, cookies, pastries, etc. are only a few feet away. Some healthier snacks are also available - apples, peanuts, etc. There is no telling the nutritional amounts of the meals, so I am taking a best guess. Stress is moderately high. I did manage to enjoy an apple, but totally caved - peanuts, pastries (bite sized pastries, but I had three, plus pieces of chocolate). I got in a 30 minute walk on my one break, and am going to hit my Nordic track skier for 30 minutes tonight....but YIKES! I think my nutrition tracker actually laughed at me today. It was not one of my better days. I have to do better (these conditions will persist all week). So....my mini goals for Wed, Thurs, and Fri....stay in nutrition range! It will be a challenge.
