Today was hard...really hard. I didn't have a very good start, because I was a tiny bit hungover. But, i slaved my way through it and I'm glad that I made it through.
Today I ate:
Breakfast- Whole wheat bagel with cream cheese: 340 cals
Lunch- Whole wheat bread with 1.5 cups of spinach leaves, sliced chicken, american cheese and lite mayo: 360 cals
Dinner- 2 small pieces of sausage, 1/2 a cup of apple sauce and 3 eggs: 400 cals (not a good dinner I know, but I ran out of ideas to eat without bread included...will do better tomorrow)
Snack- 3/4 cup melted mozzarella cheese and a cup of apple sauce: 340 cals
Total calorie intake: 1440 cals
Total calorie burn: 1872 cals (2 hours bootcamp)
Tomorrow starts day 2...:-)
