I blew the dust off some of my favorite Nutrition/Exercise books and magazines (e.g., Dr. Joyce Vedral's "Now or Never", Tosca Reno's "Eat-Clean", Oxygen, Shape). It's time that I put the information into practice. Cardio is going pretty well for me. I have yet to implement my 2x/week strength-training. It's time! :o)
