Just touching base since it has been almost 3 months since my last Blog. I have had a food and fitness relapse starting last May. I went on a motorcycle road trip from Portland OR to Los Angeles to Washington DC....and back of course. I gained some bad habits along the way.
I discovered food that I had taken off my list, then reintroduced and have gone overboard. I have gone from 216 lbs in May back up to 238 lbs. Still well below my original starting weight of 279 lbs but the weight is heading in the wrong direction.
I need to get back in control and track with my food along with my workout routines. I am trying to get back into running, after a long layoff due to a knee injury. In Sept. I did the Warrior-Dash that just about killed me. I ran a 5K on Thanksgiving day, Turkeython, and came in a pathetic 45 minutes. I am so out of shape!
It is so easy to stray down the wrong path and so hard to find my way back. I need to rekindle my motivation.
