I DID IT! I DID IT! I went to the gym with my hubby and got on the treadmill and started to do a 5 minute walk 5 minute run interval. I did that for 30 minutes and it felt great to run again if only for 5 minutes at a time. I'm so exited. Mind you I only had the treadmill on 4 which is usually my fast walk rate
But I am proud that I am taking baby steps to move forward with my goals.
