i try and use this daily if possible. i have a bad knee and one that crackel. im stuck at 218
and want to get off the platoe. it like i see some change in waist some but the scale dont
change as much. could i have gain some muscle since the scale didnt change?
i just want the ring around me off or at least not so noticable.
