Friday was a bust, no exercise and too many cookies again. Saturday was better. I took the dog and went for a run on the Meramac Bottom trail, 4 miles in 45 minutes. My 5k pace was the best yet at 34:40. I did have a few too many cookies but was only over a few hundred calories.
Today was the most productive. Started off right with a 4lb loss for the week! Finished weeks worth of laundry, went to church, took the dog on another run (4 miles in 50 minutes), cleaned the kitchen and made a spark recipe crock pot beef stew for dinner (very good). I was actually way low on calories and fat for the day so I ended with a snack of barbecue chips, which caught me up real quick.
Leftover stew for lunch and back to the rec center tomorrow.
