Seriously? I get on the scale to see 269. A total loss of 1.4lbs for this week and just 0.4lbs short of making a total 50lbs lost??? While I am happy about a loss, when you are that freaking close it is really irritating. Oh well. I will make it next week.
I didn't do so great this week. I went to the gym 4 times and ate below 1600 calories for 5 days this week, but unfortunately I went over 3000 one day and over 2000 another day. It's hard to believe that doing bad for 2 days out of the week would keep me from a 2 lbs loss but it is what it is.
This kind of throws a wrench in my plans of being down to260 by New Years. At this point, I will now need to lose 3 lbs a week to reach that goal. It's doable, but going to be very difficult. My goal this week is to go to the gym 6 days and eat below 1600 calories all 7 days. I am going to try.
As for the competition, I am so far in the lead with the numbers I know. One person hasn't weighed in but here at the states.
Vivien is on my tail so I gotta step it into high gear real quick. I need to create a decent distance between us.
