Well I was thinking about my shredding over the weekend, and have decided my knees need to take a break from the workout DVDs on the weekends. And I have counted days I did not do the workout DVD as shred days.
In which case I did not do 10 days of level 1 shredding, only 7. The remaining 3 days I did other exercises with one day off. SO i'm going to do my 30 day shred workouts mon-fri (plus walks after work as time allows) but only do walks or have a rest day on the weekend. So from now on, I'm only going to count the days I do the DVD as "shred" days. so theoretically I should still be on level 1 as have only done 7 days at level one, and now 2 days at level 2. but since i'm just starting to get the hang of level 2, I'll make up the 3 days of level 1 either at the end of level 3 or before I start level 3.
My knees definitely like the lower impact cardio in level 2. but my arms are really struggling! Going from military press into planks is a KILLER! Had to take a pause this morning. Sweated like a pig which I guess is good.
