The last couple of days I have really watched my carb intake and eliminated the peppermint candies once I found out they are 20 cals each, 7 gr of carbs! That adds up over the day..
Last night we had dinner at a friends house and apart from the salad the food wasn't really diet friendly but I managed to load up on salad and have a little bit of everything else. I'd fully expected to be up this morning but to my surprise I was down! :)
I still have a few more pounds to go to get to my posted weight but I'm encouraged by the progress so far.
It's not knowing what you have to do, it's the DOING! that counts.
