Hello all,

I feel bad this morning that i totally fell off the wagon last two days. i did not get chance to work out and eat healthy. I ate too many cookies at cookie exchange party and i tried to track them. Ofcourse, i went way over my calories intake.. I just need good vibes today. I am ready to work out with my personal training and have a healthy day. I just needed to went.. Thanks for reading..

    The good thing is that you are doing all the right things afterwards- facing the nutrition tracker and planning what to do next! Minor bump in the road, you can do it!

    Every moment can be a new beginning - just concentrate on "one day at a time - I can do this just for today!" We all have obstacles and roadblocks on this journey to a healthier lifestyle but we can still move forward.
What's done is done - we need to concentrate on taking "two steps forward" when we have days like that.
Stay focused on your goals, determined to reach them, and positive that you will!
