i just feel like it's too late now anyway

    Hi Sally, Like everyone has said it's never too late to feel better and get healthier. Take baby steps to start. Set one mini doable mini goal such as drinking more water or getting 10 minutes a day of some type of easy exercise. When that becomes easy to do and a habit then work on another new mini goal. Believe me there are far older people than ourselves trying to lose weight and you will find quite a few on SP.
