Week 1 - UGH!

I wish that I could say Week 1 of December was successful. Unfortunately, it's been anything but successful. Here are the goals I set for myself:
1. complete at least 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week
2. complete strength training 5 at least 5 days a week
3. 64 oz of water everyday
4. no more than 8 oz of soda 3 days a week
5. be more active on my SP Teams
The cardio workouts I have done haven't been anything high-impact, so they don't really seem to be having much impact. I didn't even come close to meeting my other goals for the week. My water intake has been better than it was last month, though it's been coming mostly from eating ice. LOL I'll be on the road for 9+ hours tomorrow with my neighbor, so I don't expect to get much of a workout done. We're driving up to Auburn to pick up her grandson. Keiran is riding with us and Daisha is staying at home with her teenage daughter (who Daisha loves) and husband.
Next week has to be a better week!
