C25K Week Two Completed!

Today marks the completion of my second week of the C25K program. According to the program I exercised 31minutes total, 9minutes running, 1.5minute max run, and got the Hidden Athlete badge :-). Actually, one of those runs was a total of 3 minutes. I decided to see how long I could run without stopping and my friend and I estimated that we ran a 1/4 mile without stopping!
Monday evening my husband and I head home for Christmas. It's a 15 hour drive and then we will be home for 10 days. I won't have my running partner with me so it will be a little difficult to keep up with it, but I will definitely keep it up.
