I have refocused, but have found myself tempted with all the holiday foods around. I have set a goal of being down 6 pounds by 1/1/12 (a little over 3 weeks time).
How am I going to stay focused? I thought of something that I saw on a past Biggest Loser Show: My long range goal is to be under 200 pounds so I am going to put the number 199 (in black marker) on my forearm to help me stay focused. It will be a reminder for me when I am tempted to eat because of stress or food just being there. I am planning on allowing myself the holiday treats on Christmas day when I go to a friends house. Otherwise I am planning on tracking my food and staying within my calorie range, as well as, maintaining my exercise. I feel so much better when I eat healthy and move.
