Day 11 of shred
Switched up to level 2 this morning
Felt a bit uncoordinated doing the new exercises - especially the lunge forward and back with the arm curl or raise. Kept losing my balance.
As someone else had mentioned, the cardio has less impact which is great for my knee.
Found all the plank stuff quite hard.
really happy with myself for doing a workout every morning this week though!
Hard work, but good! Hopefully getting stronger.
