Day 251 - Practice makes perfect!

I haven't written a random blog in a while and it's the beginning of December and BLC #12 is almost done.

Honestly I can't think of much to say, I've just been working on sticking to my nutrition plan. That's been the hardest part! Of course I'm sure that's the hardest for everyone! If I don't plan it all in the day before I always give in and just do whatever! And I've realized that staying up late is when I want to eat the most, Usually when I stay up late it's because I'm having a good time and my emotional eating is eating when I'm happy and having a good time! Something I really enjoy knowing about myself but I'm still not sure how to fix it!

I've really been enjoying my workouts though! I love doing strength training on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday and I'm starting to really enjoy cardio on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday! I mostly just enjoy how I feel afterwards :D

I've also been really working on my praying and going to God, taking every thought captive! It's all about practice!
