Hi fellow A-Team Members,
I hope you are enjoying your first week of this challenge and looking forward to the changes you will make this last month of 2011 and are excited about welcoming in 2012 as a healthier, lighter version of the best possible you.
It can seem like there are too many things in the challenge to keep up with if you are new but we want to make this challenge as easy as possible to keep up with while taking your fitness and nutrition to the next level if your health permits. Ceri has written a blog about the challenge and if you will spend a few minutes reading it, I hope you will find that the challenge is quite easy to keep up with.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not let yourself get overwhelmed, you can ask questions on my blog, the leader's blogs, or you can sparkmail us. We have a very supportive community and if you need anything, we want to help you find an answer or give you encouragement so you reach all of your goals during this challenge.
