I am SOO excited that I have been able to stick to my GOOD eating habits and dropping weight over the past few days. I ate a healthy dinner last night with Chicken, Broccoli, Mushrooms and brown rice. I was hungry later in the evening but painted my fingernails to keep from munching. Later I had a couple chocolate rice cakes to help my belly to stop grumbling. It helped for a while but then I was up in the middle of the night hungry.
I was thinking that maybe I need to add a bit more protein to my diet so I am not so hungry. I read last night about adding peanut butter to my oatmeal. Oatmeal is a MAIN staple for me right now as I try to drop the pounds. I tried the peanut butter in my oatmeal this morning and sad to say it is not a favorite. The taste was ok but the texture wasn't the best. So I guess I will go back to adding blueberries to the oatmeal.
Today is yesterday's tomorrow and I am happy that I have lost a few pounds over the past few days. It is definite motivation to keep on eating healthy and working out. I know that I CAN do this and that I DO have the will power to make good decisions. I have an apple for a mid morning snack today. I have lunch and dinner planned and it is going to be a fabulous HEALTHY day !
