Well I've been under the weather for a few days, so I didn't exercise. I couldn't make it to Zumba either. However this weekend I start a exercise tape at home. Back to Zumba tomorrow and I will do 3 days Zumba and 3 day walk away belly fat. I need to weigh in the near future. I feel so much better I pretty much just want to stay on my regime, keep exercising and log more food more consistently.
