Today's highlight was being really tired but still getting some fitness minutes in hope everyone had a good Monday!

Message: WOO HOO, ME!!! Can''t believe I have lost so much - and still losing over the holidays!!! I originally wanted to lose 60 pounds by Christmas Day and I know now that I won''t, BUT.... baby, look at me soar!!! 40 down and 20 to go!!! Sheesh! I just may be able to do this!!!

    I just have to say, I really have to puch myself. I got up at 330 am to go to a gym to work out for my 5k training and to make it to work on time. I also had class after 1st morning run, than after my eve. run(bus driving, work) I have an eve. class tell ten tonight. My computer is down, and I have no idea what is going on. I am tired, but tom. Ill have my 5k training and no class just work, and bible study in the eve. I'll be able to get some rest.

    I hit it hard yesterday (lots of cardio ~2 hrs) and went with strength training today. I tried out a new Men's Fitness 'Armageddon' workout. I have a long way to go to be on par with this one... but will try again (as scheduled) next week. I also had a long day of carrying heavy boxes at work today.

    I was dragging today, but managed to get some heavy cleaning in after I took a nap to refresh myself. Of course, I don't have a busy secular job like you do. So, I can choose when to rest and go! Good to see so many people succeeding here at SP-it is an awesome site! Tomorrow I will be taking off to get in some really good walking on the trails!     I just re-started my efforts today. I got 15 minutes in on the treadmill at my apartment complex. I will also do crunches and push ups, maybe some squats as well as meditation before bed and when I wake up.

    Finally got some fitness in this month! I did so well before Thanksgiving but the holiday and 2 business trips since then is throwing me off track!

    Awesomeness--keep rockin' it!!

Today I performed 82 mins of cross-training at the gym. And then I came home & completed a 49min Total Body Segement (10lb Slimdown Xtreme)!! 131 min total!!!!!

  Walked four miles in 60 minutes. Time to kick it up a notch and try to start jogging again. I'm just excited to be moving! :)

    I officially started Stage 1 today and completed 10 mins. on an eliptical and lo and behold...I survived! I wasn't sure I was going to get my 10 mins. in today. Granted it was late in the evening but, I did it!

    Today I did something I have not done in 40 years!

I went out yesterday and bought a ...... hmm ...a hulahoop ring, the big ring you swirl around the waist.

Yesterday the ring would only swirl one maybe two turns. Today I reached a THOUSAND and at the end it swirled aprox 50 times before gravity took over. ("It" ...... I made it swirl - Yeay!)

I have not had that much fun in years (in the middle of my livingroom) and I have not been so much out of breath and sweating inside my home for at long as I can remember (living alone - husband on the other side of the planet!), and the food in the oven was ...... very dark ... when the smell finally reached me and was translated to relevant info in the brain.

Smell ??!? .... hmm what is burning .... hmm ... OH SH....T !!! - the "spinach-onion-tomato-youghurt-flax
seed-goatcheese-veggie-slice thing" in the oven!! emoticon

Will I do it again tomorrow? - maybe - noticed some blue stripes across the ribs while showering, ... will I do it again before the weekend? ABSOLUTELY!! emoticon

.. and it took longer than 10 minutes emoticon

I just felt to blessed that the family was not around! - heh. emoticon

  I had nice 65mts walk. I found a walking buddy. I walk from 5.30am to 6.30 am.
Today is 4th day of my morning walk.
