I have 2 1/2 weeks until my holiday and I'm going to lose weight so I look good in photos (yes I am that vain!)
This is how - I started today.
Breakfast : 1oz oats, 1/2 oz nuts, apple, ground flax seed and milk.
Lunch: protein, vegetables, salad, fruit.
Snacks: 1/2 oz nuts and fruit
Dinner: 1oz rice or pasta, beans and veg, salad. Dessert fruit and milk.
Started today - should come in at under 1500 cals and very healthy :)
