Although I've been losing weight week after week, I had a couple of very slow weeks on the scale. And even though I typically only take my measurements once a month, I was curious where things might be irregardless of my slow weeks on the scale. So I took my measurements this morning, which is right around the two week mark since my last measurements and I was absolutely thrilled to see that I had a combined loss of 2 1/4" in the last two weeks!!!
This just reminded me one more time how important it is to take measurements - because even if the scale isn't moving much, our measurements might be. Don't let the scale get you down when you might still have something fabulous to celebrate, like lost inches!!
So I pose this question to you ... do YOU take your measurements on a regular basis?
