Today marks the beginning of week 2 for the couch to 5k program. I ran the first day alone, but my friend Kelly wants to run the 5k in February with me so we ran Wednesday, Friday, and today. It's so much easier to stay motivated when you have a friend depending on you to show up.
I was disappointed today when I stepped on the scale and realized I haven't lost any weight yet. I know that I my eating habits definitely need to change as well. I need to take small steps though.
Some of my mini goals:
Continue with C25K program 3x a week
Continue keeping track of EVERYTHING I eat
Next week I'm going to add two more goals to the mix. Slow and steady is obviously how I need to do this.
