I had a couple of great "eating right" days last week followed by some not so great days, lol. But I've kept walking and working out so it was so nice to get on the scales this morning to see that I've lost 3 lbs! Just what I needed to get me motivated for this next week.
I'm trying a little bit of a new program from a book I baught a couple of years ago. It's really about eating nutritionally and often and making sure I get the protien I need when I work out so I am not losing what little muscle I have.
So Here I go, I'm off for another week of improving my eating and hopfully sheding another 3 excess Lbs!!!
