I have not been faithful to my sparkpeople website, but I have been paying attention to what I eat, even when my tummy acted up.
I'm including a picture i snapped this morning that helps me remember my progress. As compared to the picture I took when I started this summer... i have come a long way. I'm back on track with my nutrition and excersise entries, and my goal is to manage my way down to 178 by New Year!
