First I want to say HAPPY SATURDAY AND WELCOME DECEMBER!
Time to Wind down and no matter where we are in our goals we still can push forward and do what needs to be down to finish strong!
Each one of us have a different type of strength and we only compete with our last workout...meal...size. So go forth in YOUR strength and what You can do. Not others.
Here are my GOALS for December:
1. Complete My HONEY MASON! Manuscript. (Book #1 of a series.)
2. I desire to lose more than 5lbs this month. Work!
3. Eat a LOT of Veggies & Fruit!
4. Drink MORE Water!!!
5. Get at least 8 hours of Sleep per night.
These are goals that should help me lose the weight. I thank God for ALL of HIS Help. You Know...HE IS MY PERSONAL TRAINER!
Whatever I can do to help any of you this month to keep you motivated and encouraged feel free to ask me. I'm here for you!!! Ready to help...

Today It has been 5 years since my Mother Graduated to Heaven. She was special to our entire family and we all miss her. Here's a picture from when she was in high school. She was simply Gorgeous!
