It is not so much about discipline or self-control. Nor is it all about obsessing over everything that you put, or are going to put in your mouth. It is not about thinking about what you are going to eat for lunch while you are not completely finished digesting breakfast.

It is really all about knowing what your body needs (ie: good food choices and exercise), and giving it those things so regularly that you don't even think about it anymore. It's really all about living. The good things that you do for yourself today really do become habits tommorrow, and they occur automatically!
