Did my weigh in today- after all, you can't set a goal of 30 pounds to lose if you don't know where you're starting from.
Today I weigh 213 pounds. This is depressing. But at least I know what I'm aiming for. The goal is 183 pounds by March 31.
I know if I can just get into a positive feedback cycle- enjoying exercise, which keeps me eating right, that makes me want to exercise harder and longer. If I can just get this started, I know how to do it and the positive feedback urges me to continue on. The hardest step is the first one.
I'll start my first step today literally. I'll walk 5,000 steps (or more) with my pedometer. I know that is a do-able goal.
