Dec 3 - Splurge wisely. The holidays only come once a year, but the parties, events, and gifts of food never seem to end! Decide which ones are really worth splurging for, and leave the other foods on the table.

I will be limiting my dessert intake, since that's my major week point! I will have two cookies at my grandma's, not 2 dozen, and I will also not be mindless eating the cookies that David and I make. At the Christmas party at work, I will only allow my self to try 2 small desserts.

Exercise (Dec 2 goal): Spent over an hour at the gym lifting.
