(All nutrition goals met for the day, except calcium. I went over on calcium because of my supplement. I probably didn't need it today.)

EXERCISE: none today (took a break... so many minutes yesterday)

*Note* - I'm still coming up short for calories when my snacks and sides are mainly fruits and vegetables. I'm not sure it's necessary; but I'm trying to just add nuts at the end of the day when I find that I haven't met my calories for the day. I feel comfortable with that so far.

    Just looking at all that great food is making me hungry! The nuts are an excellent choice. The nutrients/oils are worth the calories. We had similar breakfasts. I had diced apple, walnuts, oats and maple syrup (that we tapped ourselves last spring!). Delicious!
