Healthy BMI

I am back in the healthy weight territory, within 0.5 kg of my original goal, which I've since revised slightly downwards. My current weight will be within my eventual maintenance range.

How do I feel? Pretty happy, but I know the hard work of maintenance is still ahead. Also, my left knee has started bothering me, so I had to be creative with my cardio - making it low impact with home exercises. I wish I had a more easily accessible swimming pool!

I had several work lunches, and I made pretty good choices at our work restaurant, which is full of heavy foods. That made me feel like I could eat mindfully in the long run, no matter what. Planning really is the most important thing!

Congratulations, reaching healthy BMI is a great milestone!
Take care of that knee!
Swimming would be really good, too bad there is no swimming pool near to you (nor to me : ( )
Stationary biking at moderate speed is another good one for the knees.

    I wish I could be a the mid-range of a healthy BMI but I'm still overweight!
