It is hard to believe that the year is almost over. It has gone by fast, kind of disappointed that I will not reach goal weight by Dec. 31 but I have done okay in terms of being healthier and the bootcamps have sure helped in that way. Met a lot of great gym friends that have worked out with regularly, even a challenge for March 31, 2011.
Have joined a gym for 6 a.m. tuesday and thursday workouts and doing kettlebells, spinning etc. I can tell clothes are getting baggier and looser.
surprised myself and weighed in today at 156.
As with the holidays I pledge not to eat more than one item of my baking or anyone else, watch the calorie intake, alcohol
exercise as much as I can and not to gain or be more than 156.
i want to surprise myself with a loss actually. We will see
