This weekend I hope to decorate the house for Christmas. I still have Thanksgiving statues in the window. They really need to be put away. I love to see the angles in the window and have them lit in the evenings. The Christmas tree will have new decorations this year. We found blue and silver balls and birds. There will probably be some other colors, especially red birds. I hope that Sara, our cat, will stay out of the tree. I know that she likes to climb trees when she is outside.

Holidays are always full of tempting foods. I hope to be able to enjoy small bites of the tempting foods without over indulging. I plan to continue with my exercise program so that I do not need food to make me feel good.
