emoticon Breathe in for 4 counts, hold your breath for 4 counts, release your breath for 6 counts to reduce stress and calm your central nervous system.

emoticon Be kind to your feet (with a soak and massage).
emoticon Practice loving kindness. Volunteer. Discover the benefits of gratitude.
