Well, I didn't get on the scale Monday. After Thanksgiving I just felt fat, bloated and swollen. I didn't eat much that day but maybe what I ate was full of sodium??
So I just figured if I stepped on the scale Monday, I might get let down and discouraged. So I didn't. It's okay to do that. I think I have to do a bit better this week to keep on track. Of course PMS set in so that could've been the bloated feeling (TMI for some people, sorry.)
So I'll still wait for next Monday to step on the scale and see what happens. I really hope to see 2 pounds go away from the last 2 weeks. But it's getting into 'the season', so we will see. I continue to try to behave. Not starve myself, just make adjustments to what I'm eating. Slowly but surely with exercise and all the stretching I'm doing, the weight will take care of itself.
