Mmmm Spinach for Breakfast!!!

Here's a more acurate recipe:
1/3-1/2 C Milk
1 scoop of whey protein powder or unsweetened coco baking powder
2 TBSP unsweetened organic peanut butter
1/2 a banana
1 large handful of spinach
1 large handful of ice
Blend until you reach the consistency desired
ENJOY!
