So, week 7 challenges
Total Body Workout
I've been loving my strength days this last Tuesday and Thursday. I do turbo jam sculpting stuff which I absolutely love!
Carbs, Fats, and Protein
I've pretty much met all my nutriton goals this week, I have been going over a little on my fats because I've been craving smores, egg nog, and butterbeer :p But I've been planning them in and only 1 day this week I haven't stuck to my nutrition list
Yay motivation challenges!!!
Well that's about it, this week I've had a little trouble getting back on the ball after being sick a couple weeks ago!
But I did my 60 minutes of strength tuesday, 10 minutes of cardio outside wednesday, and another 60 minutes strength on thursday, then today I've finished my first cardio segment, I still want to complete 2 more today!
I just want to have peace when I step on the scale tomorrow morning!
