Part of my BLC challenge this weekend is to take a picture of everything I put in my mouth. I have had a rough week so far, so I'm compensating this weekend by eating a bit lighter than I normally would. I don't think you're really "supposed" to do this, but I'm working on a calorie surplus, so I think I'm fine.
My unbalanced breakfast because I was running late:
A single banana. I just love them when they're this ripe. You get that really intense banana flavor; bananas that are still green are sour to me.
For lunch I went out to dinner with the professor who keeps making inappropriate comments about fat people, so I didn't take a picture. Here's what I had:
Small Salad
- croutons, 1/4 cup
- shredded cheese, 1 tbsp
- onion, 2 tbsp
- greens, 2 cups
- balsamic "vinaigrette," 1 tbsp (this was still a mayo based dressing)
- tomato, 3 slices
Bison Burger
- ground bison, 4 oz
- cheddar, 1 oz
- kaiser bun, 1
- ketchup, 1.5 tbsp
- mustard, 2 tsp
- onion, 2 tbsp
- tomato, 2 slices
Cottage Cheese, 1/2 cup
Water, 40 ounces (I always drink a lot at restaurants)
Here's dinner:
3 eggs
1 tsp olive oil
20 g cheddar cheese
3 ounces multigrain bread
2 tsp smart balance
8 ounces orange juice
1 multivitamin
