December goals

1. Reach 214 pounds
2. Do something specific for stress relief once a week
3. Track food eaten all day, minimum 3 times a week
4. Exercise 5 times a week

I think these goals are manageable considering my hectic schedule. I am planning to celebrate any progress, even if the only thing I do is maintain current weight for the month.

    Your goals look great! You're going to get yourself through this holiday with flying colors girlie- stay positive, focus on loving yourself at least once everyday. :) You are worth the effort!

    Stay strong, I know you're going through a lot this month, but we're all here everyday with you as we all try to push to the next goal! :) Tons of hugs and love! One day at a time!!! Even when you're crazy busy, take 30 second to stop, breathe, smile, and find something specific to be grateful for that day. :)
