My goal for December is to do 1000 crunches. I have from the 1st to the 31st to meet my goal. Now if I do more that's good. For now it's set at 1000. If I don't meet my goal of 100 crunches then next month I will have to give up coffee for the whole month. (That is enough motivation for me to meet my goal.) I think I'm going to make each month a different goal for myself. Saw something like this from a link on shape.com so I made my own type of goal.
Here's to me meeting my goal this month!
