5K training program

Sooo, today was day 3 of my training program. I'm not real comfortable with running only a minute, and day 4 instead of running 2min. i'm only going to increase to 1.5 minutes. Iced my knees most of the day. The training is difficult, I have to make myself do it, but I feel great afterwards.
