It's a whole new month!!

Well, I did better staying within all my goals today while tracking food. I decided not to take my multi vitamin and see how I did with getting all my nutrients/vitamins that I need. It actually was not too bad. Some I met, some I went over and others I was low. But at least I can see where I am short/over and work on that. This will be the first time that I track my food and get all my vitamins/nutrients and I am extremely pleased with myself! Today, I was in the basement with the 8 year old girl I nanny and we actually found a treadmill and weight machine downstairs! YAY! We actually went down there to see if we could set up a place for me to work out when I have time (which I have time each day). The girl, Emily, actually said she wanted to stretch and do things with me. So, we're going to set up an area and do our "workouts" together. What a great way to get fit and bond:) I'm very fortune that I have the time and equipment/space to work out each day. Makes the need to join a gym much less needed (although I wouldn't mind the meeting new people). Such a lucky girl I am!

    Way to go - It really is wonderful that you are inspiring your young charge. I bet she is fun to be around. Your keeping track of you foods now will also be a great help in the long run. When you finally get really used to it you will wonder how you managed to go so long not doing it. Keep up all the good work.
