December. Already?

I can't believe it's December!!! I am determined to make this month my best though. 2011 has been a rough year, but I've grown so much from the trials and tribulations. It's all a learning and growing process from life's experiences. We all have our issues. I just think all mine happen at the same time.

So let's take December up a notch! I'm going to get in my 60-90 minutes of cardio and/or weight lifting each and every day this month. I'm going to start 2012 feeling GOOD...inside and out!

Have a fabulous December! 90-minutes of exercise a day? WOW, you're awesome! And to think that a little over a month ago, you were basking in the sunshine of the Caribbean! Life definitely has it's cycles. May this Christmas season bring you peace and serenity among the challenges life (and parents) are sure to bring.
