Morning Weight:220.5
Goals for the day: Keeping the calories under control
Water: 8+ glasses
Tracking everything.
Exercise: yoga or biggest loser workout

Expected challenges: Currently an emotional household
Mood/energy level/feelings: Slightly nervous, I think just because of the mood at home. Tired

Plan to keep me on track: Packed a lunch, and have healthy left-overs for supper.

Calorie total:1541 (9 calories under!)
Fitness total: 0
Unexpected challenges: None really

What I did wrong: Didn't make time to exercise

What I did right: Kept the calories in check (even with a trip to UDF for icecream!)

How I feel/felt: pretty good today!
