Assignment # 1 GETTING READY

Have you got your gym clothes, runners, water bottle, etc. ready to go?

What is your exercise plan?
Run 3x/week, Kickboxing 2x/wk, and cycling 2x/wk

Do you know what diet you will follow?
-I strive for 'clean eating'. I will track my food daily and strive to stay within all recommended nutrition ranges. I will adjust my calorie intake dependent on my activity level

Do you know how to connect with your team mates?
-I will visit our Team Page at least once a day, huddle, comment on member blogs and support my team members any way I can.

Did you put your Winter 5% Challenge Commitment on your page?
-Yes I did!

#2 Time to update your Spark Page:
-Updated 'About Me' and 'Goals' to reflect my participation in the 5% Winter Challenge: Team Teddy Bears!

-I will track my daily activity minutes in the 'About Me' section as the SPARK Fitness Tracker can sometimes have issues.

List all the reasons you want to lose weight. What do you want to change? How do you want to look? How do you want to feel? What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? And list all the OTHER things that you want to change:

-I want to look toned and feel fit and healthy.

A "Trigger Food" is defined as the one that gets you off course for the next hour and you are not eating because you are truly hungry. List all your trigger foods:

-Trigger foods for me are sweets...after 4pm.
-I usually do not keep them in the house.
