So today is Wednesday and my 4th day in a row of working out. I am already feeling stronger! I did FIRM Yoga for Beginners Sunday, FIRM Cardio Sculpt Monday, Cardio Party Tuesday and FIRM Full Body Fusion today. I still stink at the cardio part since I am pretty clumsy in general so doing all those moves gets me tangled up.
The lunges, squats, and hand weights (only using 3lbs) but I feel stronger in my legs, and my arms. My body has been sore yesterday and today but I like the soreness. It is a reminder of me doing something great for my health and my body.
I am working out right when I get home from work and so far that's working. I was worried because it can get hard to "feel" like working out but I get in my workout clothes immediately and get my water ready and it gets me going.
